An introduction to
Discipleship Pathway
by Pastor Wilfred Masih
Foreword
These are 52 weekly themes for Bible reading and prayer designed to guide a year-long Discipleship Pathway. Each theme focuses on a key aspect of Christian growth, discipleship, and spiritual maturity. Here is the updated Discipleship Pathway, including weekly devotionals centred around the key Bible verses and prayer focus:
Weeks 1-4
Foundations of Faith
Week 1. God’s Creation and Sovereignty
Devotional
The beauty of Genesis 1–2 and Psalm 19 reveals a Creator who is both powerful and personal. He spoke the universe into being and formed humanity in His image, reflecting His creativity and love. Colossians 1:15–20 reminds us that Christ is central to all creation, sustaining all things by His power.
As you meditate on these truths, let your heart overflow with praise for the God who created and sustains everything.

Romans 3:23–26 declares that all have sinned, but through Jesus’ sacrifice, we are justified freely by His grace. John 3:16–17 reminds us of God’s deep love that sent His Son to save us.
Reflect on the weight of sin and the immeasurable gift of salvation as you confess and thank Him this week.
